Welcome and a little bit about me


Hello! I'm Sharon Taylor a.k.a. The Yoga PT. I'm a Level 3 Personal Trainer and 270 Hour Yoga Alliance Accredited Yoga Teacher. I'm passionate about health and fitness and have been regularly competing in running events and triathlons for over 15 years. Following a few frustrating injuries I started to go to yoga classes on the recommendation of my physio and was absolutely amazed at the positive impact on both my physical and mental health.


I've been lucky enough to have worked with some amazing fitness professionals who have supported me in achieving my health and fitness goals and now I want to help others to achieve their own goals.


What to expect from me


I love to train but I'm also a busy working Mum so I know that trying to fit exercise in to a busy life can be a challenge. I aim to share some useful tips and knowledge here that will help you in the pursuit of your own fitness goals
